Seminar - Kara Ryska - Breaking Up OverWhelm

Kara’s had to dig deep as a mother of 3 (4 in May 2017!) as she and her husband have journeyed through childhood cancer with their middle child. This journey allowed Kara to access the deep belief in community and the strength found through connecting with others. From her son’s story she’s seen the story that can develop from one’s circumstances or the alternative story that can be written from a place of choice and power. Kara brings this perspective into her coaching work and is greatly rewarded as she’s worked with her clients to co-create their lives from a position of choice.
