San Marcos Creek District Infrastructure Project Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting

The City of San Marcos is soliciting Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) for the construction of the Creek District Capital Infrastructure Project with an estimated construction cost of $68,963,099. The work generally consists of furnishing all work, equipment and labor for the construction of two (2) box girder bridges, an earthen levee, linear park, habitat restoration, road widening, grading, building removal, utility relocation, water and sewer lines, storm drain, pedestrian and trail improvements and other general surface improvements. The work to be constructed is bounded by Discovery Street, San Marcos Boulevard, and SR 78, with main road and bridge work located on Discovery Street, Via Vera Cruz, and Bent Avenue.
