Candidate Forum - City of San Marcos
As the voice of business in San Marcos, the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host a candidate forum for the 2022 Election for San Marcos Mayor and the San Marcos City Council. This forum will allow Chamber members, business organizations, and community members the opportunity to engage and hear from candidates in a moderated conversation regarding issues important to the San Marcos business community.
Voters in San Marcos will vote for one candidate in the following areas:
Mayoral Candidate: Rebecca Jones, Randy Walton
District 1 Candidate (one seat) : Maria Nunez
District 2 Candidate (one seat) : Ambreen Ahmed, Jay Petrek, Mike Sannella, Lionel A. Saulsberry
This free community event is open to all. Seating is limited.
Please submit questions for candidates to San Marcos Chamber CEO Rick Rungaitis rick@sanmarcoschamber.com. All questions must be received by Friday, September 16, 2022.
