Widely known as CARD\, the Center for Autism and Related Disorders program includes comprehensive and cutting-edge curricula that can be tailored to the specific needs of individuals with Autism from birth through adulthood. These programs help individuals learn to communicate\, develop friendships\, and lead happy\, healthy lives. Of the 260+ CARD locations nationwide\, 8 are located in San Diego County\, and San Marcos's Teen & Adult Center is only the second of it's kind to be opened in CARD history. Catering specifically to ages 14 and older\, CARD Specialized Outpatient Services (SOS) provides assistance with specific areas of concern for a family and develops and implements strategies to diminish challenging behaviors and teach necessary skills. We invite you to come celebrate with us and take a tour of our facility! Our open house is open to all members of the community\, and no RSVP is required.
