DESCRIPTION:A Membership Services Committee\n\n	A Key Piece of the Puzzle to Chamber Success!\n\n	 \n	\n	\n		\n			 \n		\n	\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Committee\n\nThe Membership Services Committee is focused on bringing new members into the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce membership\, making member businesses and individuals feel welcome\, and helping them recognize the benefits their business will experience as a result of their membership.  \n\n\n\nMembers of the committee are available to answer questions about membership cost and benefits. Individuals on the membership committee are always on the lookout for new business in the area served by the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce and often will go to new businesses and welcome the owners into the community and invite them to explore the many benefits the Chamber has to offer.\n\n\n\nThe members of this committee assist new and existing members in getting the most out of their membership and finding the most beneficial ways a member can connect with other members to establish professional contacts. \n\n\n\nThe San Marcos Chamber of Commerce Membership Services Committee has made a goal of acquiring 3-5 new members every month for the next year.  The Committee is working hard to achieve this goal and they are looking for members who enjoy outreach to connect with business members to join with the committee to help us meet this goal.\n\n \n\nMission Statement\n\nThe mission of the San Marcos Chamber Membership Committee is to attract\, attain and provide valuable service within the community to businesses and their employees. \n\n\n\nCommittee members seek to actively recruit Chamber members from the business\, civic and educational sectors in the City of San Marcos\, North County and San Diego promoting membership benefits and orienting new members toward active participation.\n\n\n\nBenefits of Being a Chamber Membership Volunteer\n\nIndividuals of the Chamber membership team are business people who have volunteered their time to serve as a Chamber representatives.
