Tom is a litigation attorney in his 15th year of practice. He has litigated dozens of business, intellectual property and insurance coverage disputes. Tom has represented clients such as the FDIC, the San Diego Zoological Society, insurance companies, developers and contractors, and a wide variety of businesses large and small. Tom recently left the downtown law firm scene, and is now running his own practice in San Marcos. Tom currently emphasizes helping businesses avoid litigation and limit their liability. He also does speaking engagements with entrepreneurial groups across the county.
