Seminar with Guest Speaker: Deputy District Attorney, Alan Kessler. Workers Compensation, Employer and Employee Fraud

Alan Kessler has been a Deputy District Attorney for over 28 years. He has spent the last 17 years in the Insurance Fraud Division where he is currently the Assistant Chief as well as the Applicant Fraud Team Leader. Mr. Kessler has developed an expertise in Workers’ Compensation Fraud and has taught the subject locally to various groups of employers, the California Department of Insurance and Statewide at the annual California District Attorney’s Fraud Symposium.
